Busy, busy, busy

I have been a tad busy of late - but its all good stuff really.
I was invited by the Maleny Magic Patchwork shop to host a little exhibition of crazy quilting and embroidery to celebrate their 2nd birthday.

Thanks to Heather, Judith and Cilla it all looked great.
A big thanks to Judith too, who served tea and coffee all day!

Elaine's peacock crazy always causes a stir.

Jan from the "Fat Quarters" group had a novel way of displaying her little blocks that she did in a workshop with me a few years ago.

My quilt and books and Heather's gorgeous tea cosy a WIP.

Crazy quilting everywhere.

All different and unique.

Heather's work - oh, my gosh, the photos I took are soooo bad! I think I was too busy chatting...

Once that was done, I had time to baste this clamshell quilt which I am making for my mother in South Africa.

I basically have TWO weeks to hand quilt it ...................

And with all the teaching that I am doing at the moment its going to be tough going.
Wish me luck!
