Crazy quilting classes..................

Firstly, I apologise for the quality of the photo of Wendy M's crazy project. It is framed behind glass and that always causes issues. It's a pity because Wendy has done such a great job .............

I travelled to Dalby for a few workshops recently - so that means I have to take pack a few samples of my work.

Sue was working with my books in class - makes my heart smile.

Elaine is back to her hexies after taking a break to work on her Brazilian embroidery.

Ellenore, too, found this UFO stashed away.

Wendy M is making a few purses.

She has completed her beautiful teddy - just a few more seams to go before the big reveal.

Linda is also coming to the end of her mammoth project - another big reveal soon. Oh happy days!

I am pretty excited about it.

Deb F's pretty Cretan stitch combination.

Her Mom's silk ribbon garland

Deb's Brazilian embroidery.

Karyn's work.

Oh my, Lorrae's crinoline lady is looking gorgeous.

As is Ellnore's UFO.

And I made a little sewing clutch the other day - just for fun.

See you soon

Bits and pieces of crazy quilting......................

When I was writing my second book "Foolproof crazy quilt projects" I took some photos of the work in progress. Choosing which pincushion went with which project was fun to do.......... I made a few of the pincushions myself - like this one - I added a little walnut shell filled ball to a small china thingy bought from a thrift store.

This cute silver pincushion is from my collection.

I have a few favourite projects form my book and this sewing basket is one of them.

Lesley R, from the very friendly country "town" of Dalby, made this heart after doing a workshop with me.

Then she made another. I can safely say that Lesley has been bitten by the crazy quilting bug.

Betty Johnston made this little purse after attending my workshops in Caboolture.

Quite spectacular.

Thanks again to all those who have shared their work.
